Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about my race for Regional Director in Region 4.
Now that I’ve retired from my position as grassroots liaison for the California Democratic Party (CDP), I’m really excited to have the opportunity to continue the work I started during my employment with them. Having previously worked with all 57 of the county central committees in California, I look forward to being able to focus all my attention and energy on the relationships I’ve fostered throughout the 12 counties in the new Region 4 as a "free agent."
I am motivated by a desire to empower Democrats throughout this region to build stronger institutions, increase visibility, and more effectively reach out to voters in our communities. Working together, we can forge long-term partnerships and coalitions with Labor and other like-minded organizations to recruit new activists and increase support for our candidates. Working together, we can train our community activists in voter registration, building farm teams, increasing club/committee membership, fundraising, and techniques for voter outreach. Working together, we can build the critical infrastructure that will enable us to elect Democrats year after year throughout Region 4.
My commitment is to increase communication between grassroots activists, AD delegates, central committees within the 12 counties of the region, and the California Democratic Party. I will provide any assistance needed with information, problem solving, and trainings as we build a stronger Democratic base in our area for 2016 and beyond.
